It is almost exactly the same but the wire is much more flexible in this new one and hopefully it won't break like the old one did. Everything is working perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little bit too tight on my head even though I have a very small head and after 7 hours using it for work my ears hurt from the pressure. I adjusted it every which way but it hurts no matter how I position it.

Replacement for work headset

Great budget headset for longtime use.
