Great product, Great Price

Great price (less than 30) and great quality. I am not an audiophile. I just wanted a headset that was comfortable, sound was clear, and mic was crisp. This headset satisfied all 3 requirements. I wear glasses, and the head phones do get slightly uncomfortable after an hour or two, but a quick adjustment/massage of the ear, and you are good to go for another hour. Easily adjustable (I have a small head, but it fit me well). One slight complaint, the mic mute works like a charm, but the volume toggle (up and down) that is located on the cord does not work. I am running win 10 and used the drivers that it auto loaded. I could not find other logitech drivers to fix the issue. Not a huge deal (I can adjust the volume via task bar), but it would have been nice to control the volume on the cord. Therefore, I deducted 1 star. All in all, it is a great product.

Inexpensive Headphone Solution

They were simple to install, just plugged the cable into an open USB port. No driver installation required. The language program recognized the headphones immediately. They are just what I needed for this application.

Best headphones for work

Fantastic Quality

Part of the training required a headset to be USB and had to have good quality sound since voice assessments are a necessity. It is also just plug and play which was a huge plus for me as I already had so many programs installed and setup wizards completed I was nauseated. The quality in sound on this headset as well as the volume adjustment really allowed me to participate in training as well as show off what a fantastic deal I got thru BestBuy. A few of my classmates ordered headsets for more than 3 times the price and did not have a better quality sound. This headset is also quite comfortable to wear which is a huge plus as it will be attached to my head for the next 4 weeks for 9-12 hours a day. Thanks again BestBuy, just another great product.

Good quality

Used them with my computer because my old speakers did not provide the sound I needed. Now that I bought Logitech speakers, I will not need them. If I have another device that needs sound, I will surely use them.
