Logitech stuff is reliably decent or better overall and this headset is much nicer than a set from dollar tree, however, don’t expect a polycom or jabra sound quality. It is comfortable enough that when the battery dies on my cordless set, I can use it for my on the phone job smilin and dial in the little buttons on the cord don’t seem to do anything .

Purchased this when it was finally on sale as I needed one to work from home. My laptop's microphone are horrendous. The mic on this is significantly better. Couple of things to note: 1. The mic boom does not rotate to the opposite end. As a result, you can't use it on the right side by flipping the headphones. The mic boom can only be moved up vertically and back down. It can't be swiveled to the opposite way. 2. The sound quality is decent but keep in mind that these are headsets and not headphones. Perfect for your calls but not great for listening to music although it can. 3. I have rather large head and these just fit when fully extended. 4. The padding on the headphones are somewhat stiff but that could also be because of my large head. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Comfortable and lightweight. Good sound quality, but volume goes from 0 to 100 and is still not loud enough in certain circumstances. Good inexpensive choice for smart tvs that use bluetooth to control the remote.

Good quality for price point. Used for company CRM. Good connection and clarity.

This is an older headset with boom microphone that has been around for many years. I use it for all of my Zoom sessions and listening to music and watching videos and gaming. Don't let the low price fool you. It is USB, with a volume control and microphone mute control on the cable. There is noise cancelling on the microphone that is decent, but the headset does not have noise cancellation. It is stereo, not mono like some models, with padding on the ears. I have gone through two of these before. That is **not*** a bad thing, as they have been dropped way too many times for me to want to count. These are HARD to find now because a) everyone is looking for a decent set of headphones/microphones for video conferencing, b) they are good sounding and c) they are inexpensive! Many headsets of comparable functionality are 80 to 300, this is only 30 to 40 and it does the job well.

I'm truly enjoying my headset! BEST headset ever, especially if you work from home or simply need one to listen to music on YouTube like I do, as well, or whatever! Crystal clear sound-quality. Easy-to-use and the noise-canceling feature is absolutely AMAZING! No issues so far with sound. Comfort is pretty decent. I like the button to be able to raise or lower volume or mute. I use it to work from home. Its usb so you just plug it in to usb on your computer or laptop and your ready to use it.

These have worked flawlessly in every computer I've plugged them into, Mac, PC, Linux. They've held up well in a school setting subject to the often careless handling of both children and adults.

I liked this headset. It does what it is supposed to do. The sound is fine for its price point. I would maybe want a more robust hairband part or piece on it, but so far it is okay-fitting for my needs. The sound operates well and has good quality. It may feel a little tiring after some hours of use, but to fix that just re-adjust it to better fit the ears. I recommend this item for video calls and watching short and mid-range length YouTube videos.

I love it! The sounds is so clear and smooth. Good speaker especially when listening to music. The microphone is excellent. It’s easy to use and I plugged it in my work laptop with no problem. The price is cheap comparing the quality of the product. I am going buy a second one.

I have purchase over 20 of these headsets for our employees now that most are working from home. I use one myself almost all day every day. I like having the wired connection so I do not have to worry about running out of battery. Our primary use is on Teams, Skype, and Zoom meetings. These work well with all of the systems we have come across with no issues. Sound quality is good on both ends. I changed from using a webcam mic and speakers because others complained about an echo. I have not had any complaints since I switched. If you wear them all day, they can cause your ears to get a little warm, but that would be my only negative comment. None of my end users have complained either.

This headset is very good. It has a clear sound. The earphone pads are a little small and can become irritating.
