Clear Sounding Easy Headset

The mute button on this headset is convenient. It has a clear sound. People can hear me very well through this headset. It is a easy setup. I have only one complaint. When you wear this headset for several hours. The inside leather part that sits on your ears can become sore and hurt. At least it did me that way. Maybe because it was new. This is still a good budget headset.

Great But for the Price

My clients can hear me clearly. The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is because after a long while they become super uncomfortable and hurt your cartilage but that’s to be expected if you are wearing them 8 hours a day.

The microphone is good. The color is.. magical! The only thing that could be an issue for some is that the mic piece isn’t 360°. It hasn’t been a problem for me so far!

I prefer wireless but my employer’s software from the virtual desktop is only compatible with a USB connected headset so I was forced to buy it. Surprisingly, it performs better than and more comfortable to wear for long hours than the one I had with a headphone jack. Works great with my iMac.

Voices are clear, no messing around with software installations or setup of any kind. It just plain works and I understand why this product was rated highly by other best buy users. If you are on the fence, just pull the trigger. It's cheap enough that risk is minimal, and if you happen to struggle with the headset, best buy has a decent return policy.

Good Headset for VoIP

Some of our employees have said the ear cupping cushion could be larger, and we have had a few mention that there is some slight static in the headset, but nothing too bad. The Mute toggle switch on the cord is also not in the best place in my opinion, but other than those little bits of constructive criticism, it is a good headset.
