Purchased headset when on sale and it was a great value. Originally purchased for child to use but he didn't have enough ports on his computer. It was either the headset or the mouse. So I began to use for work. Noise canceling microphone has been excellent on meetings and I can hear everything clearly via the headset. Headset is adjustable and well padded. Overall though like most headsets, I cannot wear for long extended periods of time; up to 2-2 1/2 hours at most. However that may differ from person to person.

I bought these headphones to replace a supposed higher quality set. We thought it was the computer or Skype causing the problems, but after using these, we realized it was the "high quality" headphones. We have been using these headphones for almost a year without any sound quality issues. They are comfortable to wear and the microphone is perfectly situated for quality pickup. Our son configured the computer so we could use the headphones' microphone with the computer speakers so that everyone in the room can hear and speak as if it were a speaker phone. (The computer mic is pitiful.) My husband relies on these for all of his computer needs when he doesn't want to disturb others, which means he uses them almost daily.

I bought one of these 20 years ago and it's still going strong, but I have a second computer and needed a good headset.

Works well and silences extraneous audio. Sounds good.

I bought these headphones 2 months back, earlier I have different brand and all the times I faced so many audio issues, not me but the other side used to see lot of noise eventhough there was no noise at my side. Then I bought this and since the time they have been excellent. I recommend to buy if needed and had very good quality and value for money. Thanks

I like these because they block the noise in the office and work well on Teams meetings we do daily. I have purchased several of these for our RingCentral and Teams calls and meetings

Prior to purchasing this headset I used my Bluetooth earpiece to take all of my conference calls. The problem with my Bluetooth was that it would cut in and out, or disconnect it from phone or PC. Now that I have the Logitech headset I don't have those annoying issues, plus the sound quality is superb. I can now use Skype for Business on my laptop to dial into con-calls, and I no longer need to dial into the audio line for Webex and Goto Meetings.

This is the second pair I’ve bought for work since 2022. They last decently long, and the audio is excellent for Zoom and Teams meetings. It keeps the meetings private and allows you to respond without having to raise your voice. It also looks professional!

I Received new Lenovo lap top for my birthday 2 weeks ago. And I have The yearly Geek Squad contract. Having to schlep over to Best Buy’s gives customer service a new low.I have a lot of free time for schlepping and Best Buys Geek Squad takes up all of it. Who should I thank? Holding ph for over 2 hr is NOT SERVICE, just in case Geek Squad and or Best Buy’s don’t know it? Wish I didn’t need u. The nice guys at the physical desk get all the credit re cust serv. Best Buy’s gets a zero Tootles.

Working from home for COVID, I had to find a bunch for my team members and Best Buy had the best price. Didn't seem to require any long downloads or updates after plugging in, so plug and play was easy to use and helped prevent some of the echoing and background noise that would happen when just using laptop mics. It's made pets and children seen but not heard on long conference calls! The only downside is that the mic only comes down when wearing on the left hand side, so make sure to have the mic on the correct side of your head as you put it on.

Easily connects to USB port and set up with a Windows 10 computer. Used in conjunction with Second Life with no problems. Can hear and speak with others clearly.

I got this for virtual meetings for clarity vs built in microphones which have a speaker phone sound. The microphone works great and the earphones provide crisp clear sound. The headset is comfortable on the ears and doesn’t bother me to wear for long periods of time. Minor complaints is that it feels like cheap plastic and I wish it could fold up but given the price, I can’t complain.

It works as it should. Though there was an issue where plugging it into the laptop where there was no sound did give sound but it wasn’t coming from the headphones. This was probably an issue with the laptop rather than the headphones.

They work pretty good . Had to have one for work . It meets the usb requirement. No complaints.

I works great and I love the color. It was also delivered really fast.

My son had a super face Razer headset. It broke under warrenty so we had to send it back. We picked these for use during our warranty limbo, and they did not disappoint! Rad lil set for 22$. His only complaint was they are a bit to small for his 11yo head (he is 5'2"). But i think you should considered against the fact that his last headset was substantially bigger/bulker.

My IT team recommended I purchase a wired USB headset for laptop access to my company's VOIP telephone service (Cisco Jabber). The Logitech H390 fit the bill. Simple plug-and-play set up. Audio-in is very good. Coworkers say the audio-out beats my iPhone. I really like the lit button: tap once to mute (LED flash), tap again to unmute (LED constant). Ear pieces are initially comfortable, but can irritate when calls exceed an hour. Coworkers who have spent $100+ for big name wireless headsets have been disappointed. My IT support now recommends the Logitech H390, based on my experience.

These headset could not be easier to use, you plug and play, making it so simple to get your work started. I work from home and when the wireless Avaya system I was using went kaput I didn't want to use the laptop speakers to participate in meetings, etc. I connected the headset int he usb port and the laptop recognized the device immediately, I didn't need to do anything! The audio is perfectly functional, noise blocking works great and the wrap around piece can be molded a bit to make for a wider fit if needed. Overall, no regrets!

I purchased this headset for my daughter to use in her work-from-home Customer Service Rep position as she talked with clients over the PC voice interface. The ear pads are extremely comfortable for long term wear and the noise cancelling microphone is an absolute necessity when talking with her clients.

Greatest usb headset iv ever used!!! And very costly!!
