Randomly chose this brand due to the price and that it had a physical mouthpiece. Works perfectly for my needs. Would I buy another set if I needed another one? The answer is “yes” without any doubts whatsoever.

The best work headphone/mike set you can get for the money. The benefit/cost ratio is very high - my original set was about a year old when I started using it 6 hours/day from March through October 2020 due to the switch to working online, finally wore out the cable and did not hesitate to buy the version 2 model to replace it. Sound quality is good and the noise cancellation in the microphone works pretty well now that we are back in the open office but still working online. Strongly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a headset for recording purpose. The sound quality is amazing and the headphones will block out background noises. You can turn up the sound high and low and you get a wide range of volume. The only bad thing about this is not very comfortable. The headphones dig into your ears and it's hard to wear. Also the microphone is a little close your mouth so when you talk it's bit loud. Overall the price is very great and I would recommend you buy this headset.

They fill the needs for a basic USB headset. I use only on my laptop for work.

Bought this for virtual learning for kids. Works well for them because their heads are smaller. For an adult, you might find it a bit tight and uncomfortable if wearing for long periods of time. The plastic the arch is made of is pretty rigid and not as pliable as other Logitech models. Despite that, well worth the price since it can take some abuse from kids. Foam pads pop off with some frequency, but they can be put back on with only a little effort.

I work from home, and I do a lot of Skype meetings, and this set has been awesome. I alternate between my Plantronics Bluetooth earpiece and the Logitech headset, but my Bluetooth will drop from Skype if one of my phones starts to ring. The audio quality is superb, and Windows 10 on my corporate laptop picked it right up. I do wish that Logitech had a set that used pure Bluetooth and didn't tie up a USB port with their nano receiver. USB ports are a precious commodity depending on the type of laptop you have, but I won't take a star off over that. I'll be upgrading to the H600 model soon just for the wireless capabilities.

I've been using this product for over half a year now. It has been very reliable during this whole period, with it working on both Windows 10 and MacOS without additional drivers or setup (just plug and play). Sound quality is good for my purposes, which is teleconferencing and occasional gaming. It's comfortable enough for most of my use cases, but I would not recommend it for extended (several hours) periods of use as the headphone sits on the ear and can lead to minor soreness (as expected for any headphones of this design). Overall, with a good price to performance ratio, it is a good value product!

For the low price, it performed adequately. I was being interviewed for a podcast (my first) and I didn't trust the quality of the mic on my laptop, which had no mic input jack. Connecting through the usb port worked as advertised. Sound through the headphones was acceptable. The earmuffs are small and a little uncomfortable after 15 or 20 minutes. Overall, a good value.

This headset and microphone work quite well. In my Windows 10 system, just plug it into a USB port and get to work. The sound quality is good but not up to gaming standards. The microphone is also good, but not great. I've worn it for over an hour without any discomfort. Best for watching videos, making internet calls and chat sessions, recording voices, etc. In sum, this is a basic model with few frills that works well, especially for the price.

I have been using this product for a month and I love it. It uses USB port to connect with your computer and is very compact. I use it mostly for work.

This is the second Logitech - H390 I've had; the previous one lasted six and a half years. Being USB it's simple plug and play, works on PC, PS3, PS4, etc, no batteries to deal with. Mic quality is good according to people on the receiving end. It's not super comfortable, in a few hours my ears hurt, but that's to be expected since it isn't an over the ear headset. Overall it's basic but get the job done and it's the best value (which is why I got another one)

My wife loves these headphones because they work well and they are cheap. She prefers a very light weight headphone and these certainly meet that criteria. They don't hold up all that well for the kids but my wife easily gets 6 months or more out of a set. The typically problem that develops is the USB connector gets pulled on and either damages the wires or the USB connector itself breaks. I recommend these if you want light weight or don't want to spend much money. They last as long as anything else we have tried less than $120.

I wish I could get this quality out of wireless, but the sound if good and people can hear me, even when I forget to lower the mic. I was talking to my friend on a video chat, and he asked, where's the mic? I lowered the mic, and he told me to put it back up because it was blasting his ears. I'll be good as long as I don't roll my chair over the cord.

The Logitech H390 is about as good as it gets in the inexpensive, plug-n-play wired headset market. As with most other headsets at this price point, the microphone quality leaves a little to be desired - it's a bit staticy and sharp with almost no range. With that said, my employees use this headset as their primary means of communicating through my company's VoIP system and it works very well for that. I couldn't ask more for the money I paid for them!

Good device. I use it for my Spanish classes and it has been perfect. Best quality at not expensive price.

Headset with mic does everything I required. Although I have the need to wear during extended periods of time, there is only mild discomfort and by easily adjusting the headset helps to alleviate the discomfort
