    Sound is low although my volume on the laptop is all the way up. No way to adjust...

    Only lasted a month and now I am experiencing bad call quality on my side yet again. The cable stability does not seem to last long. In my experience, my call connection declines so much that my voice frequently comes through very garbled and broken up, or sounds as if I’m underwater. I would recommend a more expensive option that will last longer than this headset.

    Did not last long, The wires shorted out after couple of months. Was used a lot.

    Bought for working from home and found it very uncomfortable to wear and the mic arm felt sharp enough to cut my fingers so I ended up returning it.

    2 weeks after I got at home the Mic We'd go in-and-out. After another week it quit working completely.

    It's not very comfortable and I started having sound issues. Product required a replacement in less than a year (It survived 8 months).

    Small ears? Try this!

    We have small ears and often the over ear headphones are uncomfortable, but these pads are smaller and perfect

    I have small ears and these were way too small to fit comfortably as noise-canceling. Also, the sound quality was just okay. I returned them for a refund.

The ear cups themselves are not noise-cancelling, because as you mentioned, they will rest on your ears, and not over them. They are padded with leatherette to add some more comfort basically.     This was my third time purchasing the H390s. It'll also be the last. The wire has been a nightmare to keep straight and stop any damage.

    This headset did not work for me. It might have been that it wasn't compatible with my work equipment- I could hear people but they couldn't hear me.

    I bought these to take conference calls at home. These are not comfortable for me for longer than 15 minutes and the microphone only swivels one way so you have to wear it on one side.

    Not reliable for being a "wired" headset

    Overall comfort is fine, but performance is frustrating as it frequently doesn't output my audio despite it not being on mute. Not sure if USB connector is faulty. Headset is plugged into docking station; I do not encounter any connectivity issues with other USB peripherals (on the same docking station ports).
