      Hello. I'm sorry to hear that your headset has failed on you for the second time. What about them is not working? If you are plugging into a USB hub, try plugging it straight into the computer. We have found that many times a USB hub isn't giving enough power to the headset for it to work properly. The title stated that you needed padded headphones... Were these not comfortable? For a much more comfortable experience, you can try our gaming headsets. The G432 is a great, low-cost headset that has plenty of padding and features.

    Unmutes on its own

    The mic auto unmutes if I adjust any setting for the headset. No idea why they designed it to unmute itself when I haven't chosen to unmute by pressing the button. This anti-feature has led to callers hearing me cough several times w/o me being aware. DO NOT BUY!

    Love these they are great for gaming, talking on zoom meeting even watching movies on the PC so good for the price!! My expensive earphones hurt the top of my head these are so light weight I don’t even feel them that’s a Big plus!!

Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on the H390 and you can file a claim by visiting support.logi.com.     These have sat at my desk and been used a few times over the course of 2 months and they've now stopped working. Logitech, you have a 2-year warranty, but do you pay all of the shipping costs or do you make me partially responsible for your cost of bad quality?
