    The headphone work fine for what I purchased them for. They are not sound canceling and you can still hear what is going on around you.

    I've used previous versions of this headset with no problem but suddenly with the newest version the mute button doesn't work properly. I have a home office and whenever a call comes in the headset goes off mute on its on. I thought maybe this was just a fluke and repurchased but they both did the same thing.
