I did not see a volume button only a mute button and I looked everywhere so I was disappointed.

So far it is working very well. It can get a little uncomfortable on your ears when worn for a long time, but I suppose that is normal for all headphones. The best part is that it has a USB type C connection. I used to not be able to find headphones with that kind of connection. Only earphones. I have not tested the microphone much yet, and I may change the number of stars on this review later, as such.

These headphones are as the title says a piece of garbage, after a few weeks using this with my iPhone it started making a static noise every time I make a call. Now whenever I make a call, I get a static noise constantly. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on these.

Returned, hurt my ears and not sure if it was my wifi that caused my voice to cut off but had to return. If your eats sensitive to pressure, not for you.

Bad packaging information.

Packaging of this product needs to clearly indicate that it for a USB C instead of USB-A. I had to return the product since a second USB-C output was not available on the laptop.
