Excellent sound quality and comfortable to wear. I like the wireless option, performs flawlessly.

These had decent sound quality to them. Easy to use, just plug and play. The Mic was a bit sensitive and would pick up the sound from the headphones occasionally. This was solved by reducing the headset volume significantly, but that had obvious negatives as far as hearing details. The on-ear design always has the drawback of squishing your ear cartilages when wearing for a long time, but these caused major sweaty ears while doing so. They almost felt "too" lightweight? Any cord tension at all, and they were dislodged from proper position on my ears. They felt a bit cheap, but functioned as expected sound-wise for the price point. I ended up returning them for an over-ear set I purchased online. My ears were a bit sore after a week of wearing these nightly. So if you plan on wearing them for less than an hour and less than daily, then these would probably work for you.

Price point was important to me. The headset works very well notwithstanding its budget price. I recommend this product.

Very Good sound quality comfortable to wear & good price

This is my second headset. I have one for my business use and bought this one for my kid to use it at the school. Nice one and last long.

These headphones are comfortable and block out noise.

A little bit more money for these headphones but huge difference between the cheaper ones. No noise interferences and a nice comfortable fit.

This headset is great for meetings or conference calls. I use them along with a speech-to-text software to type up my college essays. The sound is better than I expected since I did not like the flat ear piece cups. I prefer the over the ear cushioned cups that create a tru noise canceling experience. Other than that, great headset for the price!

This headset I find easy to wear and easy to use. One problem I have found is that volume up and down and mute buttons are on the side headset and I sometimes hit the mute button when I mean to hit the volume which would be frustrating. but outside of that, it is a very good headset.

I bought this for my work from home job and love it! The sound comes through clear for my calls and the padding doesn’t wear my ears out after hours of use. It also works great for my PS4, I love how a piece of the cord lights up to let me know the mic is muted.

I understand going wireless is the most ideal but I have tried Bluetooth and other wireless mics/headsets and I find that the interruptions in connectivity has been consistent enough that now I only prefer to have a direct connection to my computer when performing conference calls with customers and team members. All of my co-works tell me that I sound a million times more clear and I never break up anymore. Bought one for my wife, too, and her conference calls have improved because of it.

The audio quality from the microphone is definitely better than the last model. Great background noise reduction, although not as loud it could be. Also, the mic doesn't reach to my mouth but rather hover over my cheek. The headphone part of the set is pretty good. Good sound quality and fits like a padded on-the-ear headphones.

Headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is great. I like the ease of installation, just plug in the usb cable and you are ready to go.

Headset works great for my work meetings. Plugs right into my laptop and has great quality sound. Nice improvement over the wireless headset I had before.

The Best Buy rep was very helpful by listening to what my issue was and showed me a headset that was perfect for me. He explained what the features are and although this wasn't an expensive item I'll definite be back at Best Buy for any electronics I would need. I think his name is Jake. Thank you
