I purchased the previous model as well. These headphones provide more comfort to the wearer and a bettebetter Mic. Other than that basically the same. I purchased them because they were I'm special.

I purchased these to use with a VOIP app on PC. Terrific qualify and I'm told my voice comes across loud and clear. I like the integrated mute an volume control feature. Would definitely recommend for purchase.

like everyone else...working from home and I needed a good one. Long enough, clean mic, nice sound...really clean digital audio. My son has an expensive one and one day took this for an interview and he really like it (the expensive one had static LOL)

Initial setup was very easy. I actually did it during a zoom call without needing to drop the call. Sound quality was good. My only complaint is that the ear pads do not go around my ears to rest against my head. Without the over the ear fit, the headset is easily tipped out of place and the pressure is on my ears. Not very comfortable for a long session.

I use this headset mainly for work. I can hear the customers and they can hear me just great. Lightweight and there is a there is a light that lets you know if you are on mute.

Very comfortable and relatively compact headphones. This is my first set of noise cancelling headphones, and the difference is quite noticeable. I only use them to dictate and cancel out the noise around the house.

I bought these for my Rosetta Stone program. The original headphones that came with my program broke. These Logitech headphones are perfect! Comfortable, listening is great and picks up my voice without an problem.

So far the headset is great for my online class session because of clear voice quality and perfect for my ear because its comfy, it really does cancel noise but not that perfectly since it is basic but good enough for what i need. The only thing bothers me is the usb cable due to its length though its fixable and would be nice if it could have fold-able otherwise it works great. Love the mute features where it lets you know that its muted so I don't get confuse especially during class and volume but would be nice to have play/pause feature too, then again it's just in my opinion. I would recommend this to anyone looking for basic headset especially for chat use. Totally worth checking and the price as well.

I use my headphones for teleconferencing, so I need to have a comfortable headset that I can wear for hours and also I need a headset that has good sound quality and mic quality. This headphone has all of these features that I was looking for. Great buy!

Needed a headset for a class and the salesman told me about this one. It drowned out all the surrounding noise and they were very comfortable on my ears.

My (very) old mic/headphone set finally gave up the ghost and I needed a new set for the conference calls I make. Wanted to find something if good quality that was both light in weight but heavy in quality. The H540 fit the bill! Good sound quality and light weight so it can be worn for longer (as in hours) periods of time.

I like the audio quality and the shorter mic for my work from home job. The headphones don't swivel, the earpads sit on your ear, not around them so they can be uncomfortable after long periods of time, though they aren't unbearable. I have a bigger head than the average person and these tend to fall off rather easily, so be warned.

This is a nice headset that has good sound and a comfortable fit. No need for any additional installation on the PC. Works with Blizzard games as well as Skype and Polycom.

Good buy for the price . Used for phone app on laptop at work . Clear sound with mic and speakers . Relatively comfortable but are not worn for extended periods of time

Purchase this headset to use to take calls, I work remotely from home. Had another logitech had said that was noise canceling, but entry level, the $25 price point. That was a decent headset as well, however it wore out after only a couple years, short in the cord. I almost purchased another one just like it, however I needed it quickly, and the only one they had in stock was this one, at $10 more, the $35 price point. This one has HD sound, as well as noise cancellation features. Extremely impressed with the quality of this headset, and how good it sounds. It also does a good job of canceling outside noise. Get many compliments on how well the microphone sounds as well. Far better than the previous $25 model, for only $10 more. If you’re considering purchasing a logitech headset, I would recommend paying extra 10$ for the 35$ model with HD sound, well worth it!

Good for the price. This headset is comfortable, but the mute button is too easy to push.

Purchase for use at home during covid. Use 7-8 hours a day with frequent taking off and on and using the mute button. The volume buttons get used less often. I can say the volume and mute buttons still works well. Initially, I experience no issues with sound, microphone or comfort of ear pads. I believe I had one or two fleeting episodes where there was echo (4-5 weeks of use). This week in middle of conversations customers could not hear me but I could hear them. I checked mute, volume and move the microphone around to various places. At one point, customer said it sounds like you under water. Switch to another device and everything works well. Less than 2 months of use. Interesting. This is my first review ever in life. That is how bad the headphones are. This headset needs to be reimagined

Bought this for my kid, its good quality, easy to live with and very comfortable fit ! Good value for the price

I had to buy this last minute for a presentation I was making on a webinar. It was a snap to set up and everyone said the sound was great. I really like the volume and mute on the headset and the red indicator on the wire to let you know you are on mute.

Nice, a little small to wear on long calls, but sound is good.
