I've found that it is comfortable enough to wear, but the cable is so heavy that it kind of pulls down the right side. Speaker quality is good. Mic quality is good.

Logitech is my first "go-to" for accessories if they sell what I need. I had several of their headsets before this one. Mike has very good sensitivity (learn where the mute button is) and the speakers are plenty loud. Thank goodness it has a small USB plug. My first Logitech headset has a huge plug that stressed the laptop USB port to the point the port doesn't make a solid connection. Like others have said, the plastic has a cheapish feel and the glossiness doesn't help , but I can live with it. The mic boom only goes down on the right side, bummer because my USB port is on my left, but I can live with it. That said, the cord is very thick, as people have mentioned and it retains all the kinks from when it was new...a year ago. It will knock things over and off your desk if it brushes against it. Always twisted up. The only plus about the cord is that it might have a fighting chance if my wife vacuums it up like my last one.

I work primarily from home and I conduct and attend many WebEx presentations. I have tried 3-4 headsets and the Logitech H540 has the best microphone sound quality. Other products resulted in people not being able to understand what I was saying. I also use voice recognition software to write emails, and Word documents. This headset is the best quality for both uses at a reasonable price point.

I bought these to use with my VoIP work setup. They're more comfortable than most and the sound quality is pretty clear. I plugged them in and they worked without a problem. The issue I have with these is that the mic cable isn't shielded well enough. When on a call if the cable rubs against "anything" (shirt, zipper on a jacket, etc...) it comes through loud and clear on the mic. I've been on several conference calls where people have asked me to mute my line because it becomes distracting. If it wasn't for the mic cable issue these would be rated higher.

Bought this on sale glad I did. Although I think its worthy of its original price. Its comfortable the sound quality is excellent and so far the mic seems to be doing the trick.

This product is great, easy to connect in my computer, and the sound is great.

I use this headset for work. The sound quality is good but this is my second headset because the microphone keeps going out. If you buy the protection plan its no big deal bljust frustrating.

I brought this headset to replace the headset to that was included in the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13 Home - Windows software. It is easy to use and works great.

Very good audio quality. Nice try - but total failure. I have 5 other Logitech USB headsets that I use in different locations. (office@HQ, office abroad, home office, computer bag, spare) and went for 'the best' to replace the office headset. However my participation in voice calls are ruined by a very stiff cable that creates noise as it moves against the desktop, your clothes or whatever. If you can sit totally still for 4 hours a day with the cable suspended in the air (defying gravity!) then this headset is for you. If not; stay away!

I like the feel and sound quality of this headset but DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this since there is a likely design or manufacturing flaw. I purchased this item 90 days ago and the mute indicator light on the cord did not work. I exchanged the item and had the same failure within a couple of days. Again exchanged the unit and now a couple of months later the exact same issue. Contacted Logitech support for warranty info and no response

It hurts to use for a long team call. I had to take it off after a two hours as I am working from home. It's not made for people having glasses and the mute button dose not work. poor quality. it has good audio quality

If the headset's cord brushes against anything, even with the slightest movement, I hear it clearly in the headset. In fact, I hear sound while I'm typing this and only a small portion of the headset's cord is touching my arm. It's as if the cord were a hollow pipe. Very disappointing. This is the first headset of any brand where I've had this problem.

I have had this headset only a few days and it is terrible quality for the price. The wire is stiff to unfold. The stiffness of the wire causes issues and when the wire moves, with natural movement it causes disruption in sound, even cutting out when in conversation. The hissing can be heard and the echo is terrible. I had to put a cotton ball over the mic to cut down on the noise when in conversation on Skype. It's embarrassing. I would not recommend this headset to anyone and I am an avid Logitech fan. I have had better quality with the less expensive headsets which I am going to go back to. I got this one for the reason the mic is on the right side.

Got these to perform WebEx training courses. At first WebEx wouldn't recognize them at all. Then when I had worked over the settings on my pc, making them the only venue for sound/mic use, they worked fine. Unfortunately, all of a sudden they started cutting on and off, with a loud clicking heard on the headphones. From then on they reset the sound on my pc, constantly turning the sound up so that the volume scale was on my pc screen. Which also made them unusable. Thought it might be a loose plug on the pc, nope. Thought it might be the pc... New pc, now they are cutting out, turning volume up, and generally useless. Kinda funny seeing I have only used them a half dozen times. Its clear the wiring of these with the mute and the volume control is defective. Don't waste your money on these.

I had my F540 Headset for about a year and a half when the rechargeable battery stopped taking a charge. Logitech support was prompt but lacking. They said they do not stock the proprietary battery and it can not be replaced that my only alternative was to buy a new one as my 1 yr warranty had expired. Not a good way to keep customers.
