Love this headset, it is comfortable on the head and ears with its padding. The sound audio quality is great, and very clear (as long as internet connection is working properly).

The headphone work as promised. They are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. I use them primarily for Skype meetings where I want to be heard clearly without the other call participants hearing the back ground noise and "echo chamber" effect present when I use the computer audio. A worthwhile upgrade to the home office. Very use to use. No software to load. Plug and play on Window 10.

Excellent replacement for my old telework headset.

I was very impressed with the customer service from the call center they assisted in making the selection and I was able to walk in and pick my purchase up within 5 minutes of entering the store, It was a pleasing experience. The quality of the headset is what I expected of Logitech, perfect sound.

This headset is a great value for your money. They are comfortable to wear, other callers can hear you, but other callers are not always clear and crisp.

I use these for work as a tech support agent, they have less feedback when used a a phone device when talking to customers than others. Fairly comfortable and most importantly light weight for the long hours of use.

These headphones are outstanding. The clarity is superb, and they're easy to setup and use.

This headset gets the job done. The in-line mute button is definitely appreciated. It is comfy enough that even though it is on ear and not over ear, I sometimes can forget it is on after using it on a call. I use it for work only, as a remote software developer. It works with my needs. A neat feature is it somewhat reroutes the audio it is picking up (from you talking) through the speakers into your ears, so you can tell when your mic is not working right in a non-annoying way. Unfortunately the light on the connection cord used to show when the mic is muted has stopped working. The rest of the headset still functions including the microphone and mute button, but you can no longer see if you're muted, it is now a trial and error process. I personally think there are better options out there for similar prices, but it is still a great headset and you can't go wrong getting this. I still use it everyday for work, even with the broken mute light.

Sound is good enough from these and a high comfort factor when wearing, that they are good even as headphones, not just headset.

I bought this item to replace a Koss set that gave out. The Logitech set was available at a very reasonable price. It works flawlessly. I was concerned about overheating my ears with prolonged use during the work day. However, the padding on the earcups is comfortable and, well, airy. And the microphone is sensitive, yielding a clear voice to my interlocutors. Highly recommended, especially if you can get it on sale.

Got these right before everything shut down, glad I did because they really helped with all the online meetings! Audio is clear, and they are comfortable to wear for long meetings.

These headphones are reasonably comfortable and the sound quality is pretty good, however someone speaking at a normal volume in another room could be overheard by the person on the other end of my call. If I wasn't using a headset for 8 hours a day, they would be adequate, but for working from home, they weren't the right option for me.

The sound of this headset is pretty solid for the price. It of course has proper surround sound features so you can game and know if someone is sneaking up on your left or right. This is a headset that sits on your ears instead of around them, this means after an hour or so they can get a little uncomfortable. The mic also has its own issues, you often have to move it around to find the perfect spot to pick up what your saying. Regardless of the these minor annoyances it a solid grab for the price.

My 11 yr old son loves these affordable headsets for distance learning-justbwhatbhe needed to block out distractions and be heard on their calls/lessons. Plenty adequate.

I'm on the phone through my PC 70% of the day for work. The audio setup plug n play was easy ( Windows 7) and most importantly I can hear fine and so can others on the line. Also very comfortable. Great value for what it delivers
