Good sound quality. The mic is pretty clear too. Mute and volume buttons on ear cup - a big plus Visible Mute indicator (red light) in line on the wire so you can see when you are muted. The headband is comfy, doesnt press too hard on ears. The wire is thick and stiff... you will spend some time getting used to it.

The headset has good sound quality but rather large and bulky. They are not very compact able.

Bought this product for use with a home office run business. Provides good sound quality both incoming & outgoing, comfortable fit and still allows you to hear ambient noise.

I love the way they just sit over my ear and where the mic sits. The sounds is crisp and no fuzz unlike other headphones. The size doesn't stick out like other headsets.

I use this headset for online school meetings. The sound is clear and background noise is reduced when talking. Most of all the headset is very comfortable wear for long hours.

We bought several of these for our company's call center employees to use with our virtual office telephone system. They worked pretty well, but the downside feedback we received was that they fit too tightly and began to hurt the user's ears. Furthermore, these can only connect to your calling device (typically a computer) via USB port. I believe Logitech sells a telephone jack conversion cable, but it's rediculously expensive at $90+.

Working in a cubical environment, these headphones provide what is needed. The microphone cancels out surrounding noise and the ear pieces are very comfortable.

This is a top notch headset. The sound is good and it is very comfortable for several hours use. I may purchase a second set.

Getting expected performance for the price I paid. Clear sound, the mic also works fine. The only issue is the slight discomfort I feel in both ears if I put on the headset for a long amount of time.

Plugs in via USB which is what I was looking for, and works really well. I personally like the fact that this headset does not envelope my whole ear, and people say I sound really clear through the mic. If i were to complain about one thing, i'd say I wish the mic and cord was on the left side, but that's just a personal preference.
