Low quality materials.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really wanted to like them and thought it would be another quality product from Logitech. But unfortunately low quality materials are used, and even after light use, leatherette is pealing (see attached picture). Contacted support (which used to be one of the best) and was denied. Real shame since all the functions are working well, and sound is good.

Posted .Sorry to see you're having durability issues with your H540 headset. You do have a 2 year limited warranty with the purchase of the product that can be claimed to get a replacement sent to you: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024918814-Warranty-USB-Headset-H540. Only negatives are having to have a wire versus a wireless headset. And, I didn't find them particularly comfortable during long periods of usage (several hours). They are on-the-ear style vs. over-the-ear.

The ear pads start to cause a bit of pain after a few hours of wear. They connect and work with many computers without issue.
