Sound quality is pretty good outside of VMware. Only 4 stars because it doesn’t work in VMware so it might be VMware issues rather than the headset. Therefore, I have to return it.

Okay for what it is. Poor quality and not very comfortable to wear for extended period of time. I recommend spending the extra money and getting next models up. For its price its a decent working product.

Good sound quality Comfortable fit for all day use!

I've had this pair before years ago. Liked them. Build quality and comfort is nothing special, it just works. My last headset I got recently, I had problems with it. I gave them away and picked these up to hold hold me over. I appreciated them all over again. The sound is acceptable, nothing special. Mic works fine communication wise. Friends haven't complain at all, even when I use the near a fan. When reviewing video recordings with voice, I've noticed average/typical voice quality on my end, little to no background noise in normal circumstances. For a budget gaming headset, I -100%- recommend them in that regard.

Good value for work. I do not have any mic problems or connectivity issues with these headphones. Sound quality for online meetings is good.

Comfortable headset with good sound quality for conference calls and video calls. Mute button is a button on the cord so it's easy to see if muted or not. This is a very important feature when on calls. Purchased this headset to replace similar Logitech headset which was more than 10 years old.

The microphone does not cancel noise as well as I expected. The headset tends to slide off my head, even when adjusted to fit my head. Voice volume is variable as a result of any head movement. It works well, but it certainly does not give a professional quality.

I bought two pair of these headsets. They work perfectly. There is no static, they fit comfortably, and they cancel sound a little more effectively than my previous headsets. I am very satisfied with them.

Logitech - H540 On-Ear USB Headset: I previously had a less expensive set, but they kept breaking the left ear piece kept coming unattached and finally stopped working altogether so I went to Best Buy to get them fixed and instead got the next price level-up ones and they work great.

Needed a headset to replace one that had gone bad. This had good reviews already and was in stock in the store. Picked it up on the way home and have no issues with it. It's comfortable to wear and works without any issues.

I use a voice dictate system with a laptop computer. Having a head set greatly improves the recognition of my dictation. You never want to see the wrong words on the screen despite multiple attempts. I have had multiple head sets over the years and this Logi Tech is the best I have ever had without spending hundreds of dollars..

Good quality for conferences, just not sure how good is the good cancelling function, I believe still letting some sounds go through

These headphones have a great sound, very clear. And they are rather comfortable compared to some headphones.

Got this because of the reviews and because the price was really affordable. But i guess you get what you paid for. I used this only for work because i work in a virtual call center and to be honest during the first month im really happy with the sound and mic quality, but now it’s starting to get bad. Customers could barely hear me and the mute button doesnt light up anymore, so i guess i wont know if im muted or not unless ill try to talk lol i just really thought this would at least lst me 6months to a year because i assumed logitech was a really good brand but i thought wrong.

For price point, good quality headset. Mic picked up sound well. Comfortable to wear.

they work fine but the cord kinks up from time-to time. audio is good. would prefer the mute and volume buttons on seperate sides of ear

It was moderately priced, and works for my daughter in her French class. The instructions could be more helpful. They just came with pictures and arrows. I had to google the instructions for this particular model. Once I did that, everything was fine.

this is the 3rd one I have bought to use with Dragon voice recognition. With 1st 2 dictation stopped working or was intermittent, but listening/earpieces OK. Works fine but be careful with the cord.

The headphones do exactly what they advertise they do. Provide quality sound at a reasonable price. The microphone is a bit too small to find sometimes when I'm using voice chat during a game but once it's in place, voice quality is great. Glad I made the purchase.

Very comfortable and great sound! I use mine for my job, so comfort is important.
