I got these for my work at home job. Functionally they are ok, but technically they proved a bit problematic. I have on and off times when customers say they cannot hear me. Dont know if thats headset or system related.. Sound is good but after 2 weeks the "mute indicator light" (for lack of a better term) stopped working. Anyone who works in customer service knows its very important to a) be able to mute b) be certain when you are and are not on mute. The light just stopped working... so i did bring them in and exchange them... hoping this doesnt happen again.

Sound is clear and even. The headset is comfortable and light.

I was looking for a headset that would work well with Skype. I had an interview for radio, and I needed something that would be comfortable for the twenty-plus minutes that the interview would take place, and have sharp clarity for both the headphones, and the microphone (as perceived from the other end). This product did all three. Excellent!

The headset is clear, comfortable and reasonably priced.

I bought this headset to use as a back up for a wireless headset. It is a simple plug-it-in and work headset. I have had no issues with it and my colleagues and clients have expressed their appreciation in the clarity of audio that it provides during my online calls and presentations.

My cat chewed the cord on my expensive work headset and I bought this in a pinch... works amazing!! Way better than I expected. The sales people were amazing and even gave me a great tip to keep the cat from chewing the new one. And it has a mute button!

Comfortable to the ears, good volume and sound quality.

For an inexpensive set of headphones, these are top notch! My husband loves to watch train videos on his computer, which is in the same room as my computer. We purchased these headphones to maintain my sanity. Problem solved!

For such a reasonable price these headphones are perfect for listening on webinars and online learning programs. Very adjustable and soft easy to fit ear pieces.

Was expecting a little more from these headphones. the sound quality isn't great but the mic works good. Good for zoom calls that is about it.

The headphones themselves are comfy and give great quality. But the lack of over the ear covering and anything past normal stereo makes them lacking in other headphones in the market. If you need a basic set for skype, basic youtube video watching, or what not then this will work just fine. If you want something for gaming or high audio listening of any kind then I would pick something abit higher in specs.

Sound quality is great, I get told sometimes my pc fan can be heard, and does not fit as comfortable as my bose quiet comfort, because they rest on top of your ear, so after a few hours you'll feel them

I have a hearing problem and needed something that would help with it.. The device helped me hear better when I use it with a presentation on my computer. I think the sound is great and it was certanly worth the money.

Looked online and in the store for a while. This headset has great sound. Conversation is very clear. Music playback is also very good. Plug and play, no set up required. Definitely a good buy at this price.

Finally, a headset that works...Plug and Play with Mac and PC. I was having issues with a Plantronics headest on Mac. I log into windows environment thru Citrix, and Plantronics wasn't liking it. Theses, on the other hand, work as plug and play on both. No issues, good crisp sound, and no complaints on mic quality.

Great…good sound quality…only suggestion would be to cover the ears and not just sit on top of the ears. They are not totally quiet because of that.

I had previously purchased a Logitech 150 headset which I used for two years. I purchased this better headset as a replacement and have been very satisfied with the superior sound quality. I wish had known better.
