    Comfortable, good sound and voice...but, I've been through three of them already, the 2nd one didn't work out of the box and the newest one only lasted 3 months before the mute indicator light stopped working properly which is what the first one had been doing.

      Hi Ck78, thank you for sharing your experience with the H540. I'm sorry that you have had issues with 3 different units. I'm sorry that the mute indicator light was faulty on two of the headsets. It is an important feature when being on the phone often. I'm sorry if it caused disruption in your work situation.     I bought these to do an online interview. The headphones produce clear audio. The microphone does well at picking up the speaking without background noise.

    These haedphones fit perfect not to tight and nice volume slider on right ear. And nice fitting connection to laptop i use with no distortion.

    Great sound quality and easy to operate volume and mute buttons. Used for work from home call center and was excellent in canceling out my background noise. Would recommend for both the beginner and long time user.

    This headset was everything that other reviewers said it would be and perfectly matched the description. I have used it several times and found it to work extremely well for recording a lecture at the college level.
