At this price range, it is an excellent headset for computer. Simple to use, sound quality is good, no software/drivers requires with Windows 10.

This headset is great! It's a great add-add-on to Dragon Naturally Speaking. It picks up words well and the sound is excellent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good quality headset.

I got this for my daily call for my work. Design:: It is glossy. I would have liked it better if it was matt finish. The wires are too stiff which makes it difficult for it to stay in place. The wires should have been of flexible material like some other headphones. Comfort:: I was getting pain on my ears some times. It goes away if you pull it - extend further down. But then it becomes too lose. Doesn't stay in its place. Clarity - Excellent sound clarity.

this is my second pair I use my old set till it is taped together use the new ones on main computer.

I wanted to like this headset more than I do. Sound quality is decent, microphone is clear enough, but having tons of trouble with mic muting and unmuting itself or not functioning at all. Gone through 2 pairs now with the same issues after only a few months of light use. Good enough for what I need but definitely not the best!
