The headset is comfortable and the audio quality is fine. However, the mic has never worked consistently. It cuts in and out. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and am now replacing it with something else. Very disappointing.

The Logitech - H540 On-Ear USB Headset - Black work as advertised. These were purchased as a result of the normal 3.5" Earphone Jack going south and not always works as they should. These work Great.

These work quite well. Clear voice and was informed it sounds clear on the other end as well. Fitment is OK. Compatibility was no issue.

The old mic had problems but this one keeps the distance right so when skyping the sound comes in clear.

Only complaint is it does get a little uncomfortable after extended periods of use... but that is something you pay more for. I knew going in that I would rarely need to have these on more than a few hours at a time so no big deal for me. Good sound for voice and others tell me they sound good on the other end.

These headsets were bought for a call center so they had to be good quality. The audio and microphone are very good quality. Logitech makes great products so we knew we could not go wrong.

This headset fits nicely and the padded ear pieces are very comfortable. I use it when I am working on the computer and when I talk to people they have said that they can hear me with no problems.

I purchased this headset for teleconferences and extended web-based training sessions. The sound quality and microphone were excellent, but my ears got uncomfortably hot after about 60min. I will continue to use them for shorter sessions, but prefer a USB speakerphone.

It worked like a charm! I had no problems connecting it to my laptop and the sound is crystal clear .

need some affordable yet quality headsets? this is the product you need. microphone provides clear sound of your voice, blocks out the background noise quite well

I love this headset. Works great! Noise cancelation works great. I play low volume music behind me as I speak to customers and cancels noise.
