I love this headset. Works great! Noise cancelation works great. I play low volume music behind me as I speak to customers and cancels noise.

It's does what it says. Has mute/unmute button. Sound quality is also good. Following are the cons of this product: It doesn't have noise cancellation. So if there is a background noise then other person will hear lot of noise. Secondly audio comes out of the headphones so other person can also easily hear what your are listening or talking to,
