    I bought this to use with TeamSoeak, but found it also works great with Rosetta Stone language courses. Music sounds great though these too.

    Everyone tells me I sound great. what I hear is great . but. after a hour of wearing them my ears hurt as they are just to hard of a surface. Why can't they come back out with the foam covered head sets again.

    The sound from the headphone speakers was quite good. They were fairly comfortable. However, the microphone was very poor. I had the volume for the microphone set to the highest level. Even then, I needed to shout for anyone to hear me on a Zoom call.

      Sorry about that! You can try a different USB and make sure drivers are updated. Also, try the headset on another computer to see if to works. If the issue is persistent, reach out to Logi support and our team will look into this.

    These are really good headphones for calls and chats and they work with Bluetooth or the usb dongle. Definitely worth getting
