I wish I would've opened these earlier. I got them to replace my old headset used for work (8 hrs a day). Connecting them was super easy. Incoming audio was crystal clear. Cushions are comfortable. The only problem was that my clients ALL were complaining about what a bad connection we had and that I kept breaking up. It's now past the return window so now I'm stuck with these sitting around collecting dust since they were good for nothing.

Professional, comfortable and no Learning curve. Mute turns on and off without a clicking noise that the customer can hear. Perfection

Very comfortable but mute button quit working suddenly. Since I need that feature for teaching, I had to buy another one, & my daughter now uses this one for doing her work. She's happy with it!

This product does what it's supposed to do, but the sound sometimes fades when using Google Hangouts. It's great for chatting online as well as listening to audio from music or movies. I also used these headphones for my video interview recently. Not sure if that says much, but this product performs when it really counts.

I was looking for one with a good sound to listen to music in my computer.

I am completely satisfied with the headset! I live in an apartment, and the headset ensures that, when I am attending a Zoom meeting, the sound will not be heard in neighboring apartments. It provides me a little extra peace of mind.
