    Logitech makes great products, and overall the sound quality (both listening and speaking) is pretty good. I gave this 2 stars because the mute button indicator light stopped working only after 1 month of use. It's a pretty important feature to know when you're on mute or not, so not very pleased that I have to "guess" now if I'm on mute. I also think the mute button is in an awkward place on the headset. I would opt for another Logitech model instead of this one

    the MIC is not very clear but overall it is good. Over the ear is OK if you are not using if for too long.

    Didn’t provide a comfortable fit and was heavier than anticipated. The microphone picked up more background noise than is allowed for my workplace.
