Worked great on USB 2.0 port

When I first plugged it in (USB 3.0 port) I could not get it to connect at all. Finally after frustration had set in, I somehow decided to try it on a USB 2.0 port and lo an behold it worked extremely well. But my desktop has all 3.0 ports in the front and it is nearly impossible to get at the rear ports. So I returned it to the store.

Worked good she said. At times people had a hard time hearing her. Not sure if that is due to the device or the operator.

This was exactly what she needed. She has no complaints. I would recommend these to anyone just starting out that needs a budget friendly headset.

Headphones for voip
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These headphones are comfortable and the sound is fairly good, but the reason I purchased them was to use on my VOIP through my computer; the quality is not good at all. The callers on the other end of the line either blank out or get disconnected, and they are not able to hear me speaking. I had to revert back to an old headset. If you are just listening with these, they are fine, but trying to use them for their intended purpose is not good at all.
