Easy to use and very comfortable on my head and ears....

I needed a headset to use with an online language learning program. I tried three other headsets before this one. None of them would pick up my voice (much of the problem seemed to be from the lack of adjustment of the microphone position.) This microphone's position is adjustable and did the trick. Very happy with it.

I bought these for my son over a year ago and he still uses them. I've bought other brands but they fall apart quick because kids are rough on them and when they hear, "dinners ready", they just throw them down on the desk. I have learned to trust brands like Logitech and will continue to pay a little extra for their products.

I'll be looking for another brand alltogether! I bought the Logitehlch H540 to replace my Logitech H390 which was also less than a year old (the H390 was uncomfortable and I was having complaints that my clients couldn't hear me... (Like I was far away or "in a tunnel"). This H540 model worked good for a week or two... It was much more comfortable but then the mute button went out. I kept using it anyway and now almost a month later sometimes the mic works and sometimes it doesn't... Like at all!!! And on the days that it does decide to work I have customers asking me if I have them on speaker. Now I've had this product for 45 says and I was checking the warranty and it says it's only a 30 day warranty. If only I could give a zero star rating. If you decide to buy a Logitech headset be warned or be prepared to also purchase Best Buy's protection plan. I didnt because the unit itself isn't very expensive but anyway... Here we are.
