Overall this was a good purchase for a quick set of headphones for a LAN event. The headband is a little tight which made it uncomfortable after using for a couple hours straight. Decent sound quality and volume. Nice clean look, seems durable, nice mic, and not too large.

This headset is just what I was looking for and needed to be able to use with my laptop! It is pretty comfortable, although it does start bothering my head after a long period of time. I can hear great through it and others are able to hear me just fine.

I bought these as I was starting a new work from home schedule and needed an usb headset. After returning a gaming pair that were too large for me causing them to be unwieldy and heavy pinching in my jawline yet offered excellent sound quality; I bought these. They worked true to plug and play fashion which was good. However the feel and thr creaking sound of the slick plastic of the headset and the cheap feeling leatherette padding which isn't that comfortable after a few hours makes these a pinch hit while I order another pair. Ive had these now for about 2 weeks and the sound quality is starting to diminish. I'll have to keep these as I missed the 15 day return policy by a few days now as my schedule is hectic. I am definitely ordering another brand headset not being able to purchase directly the Sennheiser pair I originally wanted but bestbuy doesn't carry in store. If i could I'd return these in a minute.

I've never really bought a headset that I liked, until I bought Logitech. It is terrific: comfortable, good audio, the works. I wanted a headset for Zoom and some of the other programs, and it worked perfect. I also appreciated the help of a knowledgeable store rep who helped me navigate the brands available. I've already recommended it to several friends.

These earphones are very comfortable and easy to use with the volume adjustment on the earpiece. They look good, have excellent sound and good volume. Only complaint is that the inline light that lets you know if they are on isn't smooth and sometimes catches on the edge of the table as I move around.

I finally broke down and bought a headset with a microphone with a USB connection. All of the other brands in the store looked cheap to me so it was between this model and a wireless model that cost $25 more. I'm using the headset for online meetings and lectures that can last for over an hour and these don't hurt my ears or head even after an hour. The sound quality is good in both the headset and microphone.

Great product and the price is affordable compared to other brands. I work from home and it is my go to headset. This is a geat option for anyone who is on a budget....or not! It is easy to hook up and ready to use once hooked up to the USB port. Very user friendly for those starting out.

I bought these headphones because the ones I had before no longer registered when I tried to use my Rosetta Stone. Although they are a bit more expensive that what I would have liked, I will say that the microphone is great when doing my lessons. I also like the volume feature on the side. The headphones are loud if you turn them up all the way, so be careful. Will definitely recommend.

Great backup headset for when you run out of batteries. I keep this on hand for meetings don't need to worry about signal.

This headset is great for the price you pay. Sound quality is good and I like that the mic can be out or folded and tucked back up and away out of your face. The only thing that could be Improved slightly would be the design/comfort of the ear padding. Overall great product for $15.

This is the third headset I have bought in past 4 months. This is the only one that I have bought from BestBuy and has been the best one. I work for a call center and HAVE to have a headset that is reliable, comfortable and issue free. No problems with this one so far and have been using for a little over two months. This was the least expensive of the three I have bought as well. All around win.

I bought these for my brother who is taking an online college course. When the class went to Zoom classes and meetings, he realized he need a good, comfortable headset with a mike. After research he had me get this for him. He loves it. Headset is comfortable, and the sound is just what he needs. The price was very good.

I almost didn't buy this because of the mixed reviews I read on Amazon but bought it for my wife at best buy anyway and figured I would return it if she didnt like it. Well so far she has used it on three different computers (all running Windows 10) and she loves it! At first she said people on the other end were complaining that she sounded far away. All I had to do to fix this was change the microphone to default in windows sound settings. You may not even have to do this unless you already have another device with microphone plugged in like I did (oculus rift s vr headset). So this was not the problem if the headset, just my PC settings. Otherwise the sound in both ends is great. My wife is a interpreter so she uses this for work and she has been very pleased with it. I actually listened to music on it the other day and was surprised by how good it sounded. It is not the most attractive headset I ever seen but it is very functional and a great value for the low price!

Excellent headphones. The product is the best headset I have ever used. The sound and microphone quality is very good. Most importantly it does NOT hurt your ears with prolonged use. You extend the head gear to maximum and let them dangle by your ears, so there is very light contact. Thank You.
