After only one month the mute indicator light works intermittently

This is a decent headphone to use. I am using it for work.

absolutely a great product. the headphones have a light that let you know when you are on mute. also the wear and tear is pretty great I put a lot of hours on mine and its perfect!

Doesn't control background noise well. Comfortable fit

The microphone only works on the right hand side of your head. Wish it could work on either side.

This is an excellent set of headphones for just browsing the Internet and watching Youtube or other website short videos. Have not had the opportunity to use the microphone.

Very pleased with the design and performance. I make calls to countries around the world. Those receiving the calls comment on the clarity of my voice transmission.

Clear and I love how it handles background noise. The mute button is always a plus.

No complaints from the child that uses them. I know they work well because I don't have to "fix" them. Plug and play worked flawlessly.

I guess these would ok as in I would continue to use & not be shopping for a different product except for this product picks just about any background noise & distorts the audio quality (the person I’m talking to is totally unable to understand what I’m saying) including a space heater, printer, etc. if it wasn’t for that I would keep using although the headset is a bit uncomfortable over long periods of time. I sometimes can be on work calls for up to eight hours a day.

I bought these in the store not knowing they were USB only (my bad). So I wound up using them with my Laptop from time to time. They are ok sounding. Nothing audiophile worthy. My only real gripe is the stiffness of the cord. It still hasn't loosened up at all. Kinda makes it feel awkward when wearing them.

The headphone worked great and was a simple plug and play so I was up and running immediately after plugging it into my usb port.

Person on other end has me put microphone away from my mouth because it is too sensitive.

Initially liked the product but after 2 days the Mute Notification light completely stopped working. There is no way to determine if the headset is muted without talking and seeing if people can hear you. Will have to get a new headset soon as I can't use for business calls without knowing when the headset is muted or not.

Good price. Worked fine for me. I have used it with speech to text software.

Above average functionality all the way around. Comfort is somewhat hampered when wearing glasses but so far, top 3 best headset I've ever owned. Highly recommended.
