    Was looking for headset to use with Rosetta Stone and this was the closest I could find that worked with my laptop that wasn't $150.Works OK, but the pickup seems weak. tried tech support for laptop and tried different settings in Rosetta with minimal changes to functionality.

    Returned! These are comfortable headphones; however, there is feedback, you can hear yourself, and the mic picks up everything else but your voice. I played around with all the settings and could not minimize background noise. My customers said I sounded faint and could hear everything going on around me. They also said that I sounded as if I w were in a tunnel. I also had to double unmute myself: on the headset and on the program. Total waste of money.

      Hello customer, I apologize for any issues this headset may have caused you. It certainly sounds like something is wrong with the headset, but my first suggestion would be to make absolutely sure the headset is properly inserted into the computer. When the USB isn't fully inserted, or the port is bad, it can sometimes cause these issues that you're describing.
