Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear the headset is not working well for you. It sounds like you may have received a defective unit because these should work great with zoom. This headset comes with a 2 year warranty so we can get them replaced for you. Just ok

It does not. so because i want to play cd's and burn cd's i had to buy an external cd player that connects to computer when i talked to supervisor about it. Said so everybody makes mistakes. guess he thought it a big joke. I didn't also very disappointed you now charge 150.00 to get geek squad to go through the computer to make sure everything ok.
