This headset is horrible - it really hurts to wear it - ears are sore within a very sort time. The microphone is terrible and works at about 40% - -- the controls are on the outside of the one ear piece so it is easy to hit the mute and not know it when putting them on and taking them off . I am returning - biggest complaint is there is very little padding - if any on the earpieces. Should be the first part of R & D in a headset.... right? I called Logitech but customer service does not understand English and wrote up my complaint as "no pads on the earphone to make it software" -- what??? Logitech should stick to mice and keyboards --

Severely uncomfortable. Poor quality cable that had very little flex to it, and the device routinely dropped USB connection

This is for my son. He's been wanting a headset for internet gaming and so far this has been a good choice.

The ear pads were not very cushiony so I returned them. Good for short time use.

Earpads are uncomfortable. Need better pads and not comfortable for glasses wearer.

Bought these for the wife for her work. I suppose they are ok she has yet to complain about them.

I purchased this headset for a couple online courses I was taking for work. I had to wear them for 6-8 hours a day for a week and after the first day I dreaded putting these on because my ears were in pain. They sounded okay for VoIP purposes but they were tinny when listening to music.

I bought this for an online webinar, only used it once. Other than the ear pinching issue, no problems noted.

These are a piece of crap. I had mine for less than a month and the left ear piece quit working. You wouldn’t take the item back for an exchange because it was past your 15 day return policy and I didn’t have tech whatever it’s called because I’ve never even heard or been told about it. So I will NEVER do business at Best Buy again. Stand behind your products you sell!

These work for video calls sometimes. Constantly dropping out and acceptable audio i suppose. Better than nothing i guess.

Stiff cord that is somewhat short. Headphones are not reversible. Controls take some getting used to.

Good headphones, but hear a constant hum when using the microphone.

Bought this headset for work use on a Mac - I had several customers hang up on me as they were unable to hear me at the beginning of a call. I would have to plead them to wait until after a few seconds when they could hear me. I'm giving this to my kid and bought a better headset. Don't use this for anything important.

IVE HAD TO RETURN LIKE 2 HEADPHONES TO GET THIS ONE AND ITS NOT THE BEST QUALITY FOR MY MONEY

This was little pricey. But otherwise it is ok for basic use.

When I buy another it will have to allow me to position the mic where I want it for better pickup.

Easy plug and play, the light did die about a month after use but still works

These head phones work well for class work use, howeve, the sound quality is just average.

When trying to use these it sounded as if I was listening through a tin can.
