works well but bulky and uncomfortable. easy to use

I bought these headphones anticipating the same quality or better as my older model of headphones. Unfortunately, whenever I use them, I have to unplug them and plug them back in in order for the microphone to work. If I don't do that, it's like the mic gets cut out and nobody can hear me. If I switch to a different program on my computer before using them, the mic cuts off.

It's probably operator error, but we can't figure out how to get the microphone to work.

These are great when they actually work. Have had to replace multiple times. They get the job done but with light use the features stop working like mute and lights

Could never get this to work correctly with my Macbook Air. Ended up on the phone with Logitech who sent me new earphones and those didn't work either. Eventually Logitech sent me a different model that did work. Over a year of frustration with Logitech, Apple, etc.

I use this headset for transcription and customer service. It works great and does well keeping out the sounds from around me.

So, I've gone through 4 of these headphones in the past 3 years working from home (same exact model). These headphones are good at first but each time the mute button goes out within 1-2 months of use and the quality decreases. Overall, it's "ok" if you are desperate but they are really not worth the money. Spend the extra cash and get something that will last.

This headset is horrible - it really hurts to wear it - ears are sore within a very sort time. The microphone is terrible and works at about 40% - -- the controls are on the outside of the one ear piece so it is easy to hit the mute and not know it when putting them on and taking them off . I am returning - biggest complaint is there is very little padding - if any on the earpieces. Should be the first part of R & D in a headset.... right? I called Logitech but customer service does not understand English and wrote up my complaint as "no pads on the earphone to make it software" -- what??? Logitech should stick to mice and keyboards --

This is for my son. He's been wanting a headset for internet gaming and so far this has been a good choice.

Earpads are uncomfortable. Need better pads and not comfortable for glasses wearer.

The ear pads were not very cushiony so I returned them. Good for short time use.

Bought these for the wife for her work. I suppose they are ok she has yet to complain about them.

I purchased this headset for a couple online courses I was taking for work. I had to wear them for 6-8 hours a day for a week and after the first day I dreaded putting these on because my ears were in pain. They sounded okay for VoIP purposes but they were tinny when listening to music.

I bought this for an online webinar, only used it once. Other than the ear pinching issue, no problems noted.

Stiff cord that is somewhat short. Headphones are not reversible. Controls take some getting used to.

IVE HAD TO RETURN LIKE 2 HEADPHONES TO GET THIS ONE AND ITS NOT THE BEST QUALITY FOR MY MONEY

Bought this headset for work use on a Mac - I had several customers hang up on me as they were unable to hear me at the beginning of a call. I would have to plead them to wait until after a few seconds when they could hear me. I'm giving this to my kid and bought a better headset. Don't use this for anything important.

Good headphones, but hear a constant hum when using the microphone.
