Sound is ok but a bit flimsy fit

I returned it for a better model from Logitech that has more quality all around. Only a few dollars more, but very satisfied now,

I saw the reviews from other people with the same problem and found no solution. It's just mediocre as headphones but the mic is terrible. It is choppy and bad quality. I really wish I would've returned these.

Average Performance Not As Good As Expected.

Not as good as advertised

I use it with skype and everyone says they can barely hear me. The cord is very thick and gets in the way. Listening to music the sound quality leaves alot to be desired.

Volume and Mute buttons don’t work with PS4

Earphone and mike

Broke down after 3 uses

1. Make sure your headset is selected as the audio-output device for your computer (see your computer's documentation for help).
2. Ensure that your headset is selected as the audio-output device for your chat or music application.
3. Adjust the volume on your headset, computer, and chat or music application.
4. Verify that the audio isn't set to "Mute" in your operating system's audio settings and chat or music application.
5. Try connecting your headset to a different USB port on your computer.
6. Connect your headset directly to a USB port on your computer, and not to a USB hub or extension.
