headphones fine but microphone no good

Flimsy Headset. Noise cancelling is horrible.

The noise cancelling microphone doesn't really seem to cancel anything. Bought this since I now work from home full time and I have kids running around. People on my calls could hear the background noise "loud and clear". Wasn't expecting a miracle but my friends from work didn't notice any difference from when I used my laptop mic. Returned these after 2 days

Headset fine, microphone not so much

not for work from home

Worst headset ever!!! Zero stars, get shokz instea

Doesn't stay electrically connected to USB port

When I move my head even an inch, the headset somehow loses connection to USB port and audio goes back to the computer... I tried this across 4 different computers and the same issue occurs. Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear the H540 headset isn't as comfortable as you would like. To minimize discomfort, I would try to minimize the time your wearing the headset. When not in use, remove the headset instead of continuing to wear it, as extended use can sometimes cause discomfort with all headsets.
