Worst headset ever!!! Zero stars, get shokz instea

Not only would they not make a reliable connection to my work PC, but they were also not able to connect to my mobile phone.

Definitely not great

Doesn't stay electrically connected to USB port

When I move my head even an inch, the headset somehow loses connection to USB port and audio goes back to the computer... I tried this across 4 different computers and the same issue occurs. DO NOT BUY!

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear the H540 headset isn't as comfortable as you would like. To minimize discomfort, I would try to minimize the time your wearing the headset. When not in use, remove the headset instead of continuing to wear it, as extended use can sometimes cause discomfort with all headsets.

Horrible headset

The moment a call came in there's a loud humming sound, every customer kept saying " can you speak louder ", and I couldn't hear myself talking it was so weird so I started talking as loud as possible still my customers couldn't hear me. Poor performance

Most callers state they cannot great well without turning output up to 10p percent. Mike is too fast off center to pick up well. A simple Winsock and longer boom would have been sufficient. You can also Not hear what you are saying which is past for the course for a USB headset
