Greta headphones to use for Zoom and MS Teams meetings.

Could never get this to work correctly with my Macbook Air. Ended up on the phone with Logitech who sent me new earphones and those didn't work either. Eventually Logitech sent me a different model that did work. Over a year of frustration with Logitech, Apple, etc.

Can't wear for long. Material is awful hurts your ears.

I’m working from home and need a usb headphone but this particular headache the sound come on and off and your ears start to hurt after a 15 minutes as you are wearing it...

do not purchase this item if you plan to use it more than 5 minutes at a time.

Wiring is very annoying. Lack flexibility while in use.

Cannot get the product to work with the computer. It will not connect

It's not a good price for what you get, and after 6 months it will break if you use it for gaming. The microphone quality is poor and sometimes the left or right ear goes out.

Headset going in & out. Was hard to hear customers.

I wish I could still return this. My $10 old headset has a better noise canceling mic and the sound is really weird, even when the cable is moving against my desk I can hear it loud in my ears.

I’ve always been a fan of Logitech products and this headset is another example of why. Easy setup and use.

They are very uncomfortable to wear. There very little padding around the ear area. I would not recommend this headset out all. Unfortunately it is too late for me to return for a refund.

Sound quality is great but cord is too short. When the battery runs out the cord isn’t long enough to stay on the call without putting your head next to the computer.

The audio is okay, but not especially great. The mic is terrible. I tried recording on-screen videos, and there was an echo. I used it to call my wife, and she could hear an echo too. I tried adjusting the input settings on my Mac, but that didn't help.

Tried it. Does not work with MacOSX. Numerous issues on the internet on this headset. If it at all works, only the audio works, not the Mic. Returning this...

Don’t get them they are not good very bad get the more expensive ones and

Microphone too far from your mouth, making it difficult for people understand what you’re saying.

the sound is fine but my voice on recorded videos sounded very distorted with excessive background noise, even when i cupped the microphone to block external noises the quality was not much better. wish i could return it!

I would be able to hear just fine while in a voip conference call but when I'd try talking I'd continually have to unplug the usb and plug back in. Ended up returning it.
