This newer unit is not as good as my previously owned Logitech headphones

Had to give this item back due a defective plug, once time that I connected I can listen but not hear.

don't like the cord is not long enough and mic is on the wrong side for me

This headset was horrible, I work from home so I need a good working headset. The moment a call came in there's a loud humming sound, every customer kept saying " can you speak louder ", and I couldn't hear myself talking it was so weird so I started talking as loud as possible still my customers couldn't hear me. I had to return it

Was in a pinch and these were the only one available. They were heavy in my ears and bug.

These worked really well for first month. Had to take back for replacement due to mic going out.

Got these specifically for computer calls. Not as expected. Most callers state they cannot great well without turning output up to 10p percent. Mike is too fast off center to pick up well. A simple Winsock and longer boom would have been sufficient. You can also Not hear what you are saying which is past for the course for a USB headset

I got these thinking they were good quality but I was wrong they lasted about a week before the mic went out

does not work well or at all with windows recognition

Can't wear for long. Material is awful hurts your ears.

do not purchase this item if you plan to use it more than 5 minutes at a time.

I’m working from home and need a usb headphone but this particular headache the sound come on and off and your ears start to hurt after a 15 minutes as you are wearing it...

Cannot get the product to work with the computer. It will not connect

Headset going in & out. Was hard to hear customers.

I’ve always been a fan of Logitech products and this headset is another example of why. Easy setup and use.

I wish I could still return this. My $10 old headset has a better noise canceling mic and the sound is really weird, even when the cable is moving against my desk I can hear it loud in my ears.

It's not a good price for what you get, and after 6 months it will break if you use it for gaming. The microphone quality is poor and sometimes the left or right ear goes out.

They are very uncomfortable to wear. There very little padding around the ear area. I would not recommend this headset out all. Unfortunately it is too late for me to return for a refund.
