I had mine for less than a month and the left ear piece quit working. You wouldn’t take the item back for an exchange because it was past your 15 day return policy and I didn’t have tech whatever it’s called because I’ve never even heard or been told about it. So I will NEVER do business at Best Buy again. Stand behind your products you sell!

Regardless how I adjusted them, they fell off frequently with the slightest movement. Second they broke in less than a month. I do not recommend them.

Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the H540 headset. I'm sorry to hear that your headset isn't working for your setup. The headset does have on-board controls to mute the microphone... just wanted to make sure that it is not muted. Also, occasionally on a Mac, you will have to specify which device you want to use for audio. Go into the audio settings and make sure the output and input devices are set to the H540 USB headset. If neither of these solutions works for you, please exchange the headset for another one.

Sound quality are below average so don't expect to much . If you do a lot gaming and like to listen music you should spend a little more on quality headset .
