Great headphones for my husband.

He said he can hear much better, and more clear when using these on his laptop. He can't hear anything else that's going on around him. He loves them. A great item to purchase.

Also you can hear everything from the mic, chewing, breathing, it’s very sensitive. Works well for quick or short meetings calls or video conversations but long wear might be annoying. Personal opinion

If you have this plugged into a USB hub, that could be why you're experiencing that clicking and tapping noise. Try plugging the headset directly into your computer. Awesome USB Headset!
