Great Headset

I would have liked it better if it was matt finish. The wires are too stiff which makes it difficult for it to stay in place. The wires should have been of flexible material like some other headphones. Comfort:: I was getting pain on my ears some times. It goes away if you pull it - extend further down. But then it becomes too lose. Doesn't stay in its place. Clarity - Excellent sound clarity.

Mic cuts in and out

However, the mic has never worked consistently. It cuts in and out. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and am now replacing it with something else. Very disappointing.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with the microphone on your H540. It sounds like the connection to the computer could be the issue, so I would recommend making sure the USB dongle is properly inserted into the computer, and possibly think about switching ports if at all possible.

Good Enough

Sound quality is decent, microphone is clear enough, but having tons of trouble with mic muting and unmuting itself or not functioning at all. Gone through 2 pairs now with the same issues after only a few months of light use. Good enough for what I need but definitely not the best!
