Nice headset/mic for the price

Okay, but not better than the older ones

Pretty clear quality, not overly uncomfortable, but they get warm on the ears, and are nowhere near as comfortable as the older generation by Logitech. The cord is stiff and gives an uncomfortable feeling, almost pulling, on the side they come from.

Took it back to the store for a replacement like I have done with other Logitech headsets in the past with no problem. This time however the store said they wouldn't exchange it even though the warranty still had a year and a half to go. Doubt if I'll ever buy another one there. The headset is great, the store however is not.
