It is excellent. Very comfortable. I use it for work over 40 hours a week. No issues with product at all.

I bought these strictly for talking, and the excel at that. Music sounds ok, but if you want something to make calls or chat while gaming, these do that in spades.

Good sounds quality. I could have lived with a audio cable input instead of USB as I got only few usb slots in my laptop but this has nothing to do with product performance.

Overall it's a reliable product and gets the job done, my only complaint about it is I wish the cord could be a foot longer and the mute button could be placed somewhere else as it's easy to confuse mute for the volume controls on this specific design.

Logitechs latest digital usb head set. The price on the logitech webssite was twice as much as the Best Buy store. Who says bricks and mortar is extinct.

Comfortable easy setup, good headset for a reasonable price

I was looking for a headset to use for dictation. I was directed to two places in the store looking for and headsets with a mike boom. This one fills my minimum requirements there were only two USB headsets compatible with Macintosh. The two USB headsets differed in that one had two earpieces the other had only one. In the gamers section they had both Bluetooth which I would have preferred and a cable. I told the clerk I was looking to use it with a Macintosh. He recommended a couple. I chose one with a cable assuming it was USB. When I got home I found it was an audio plug not USB i.e. not compatible with a newer Macintosh. I brought it back the same day and discovered there were no headsets with USB in the gamer's section. So I only had two choices.
