Wearing several hours per day, 4 days a week. So far, so good. Fits the head well. Happy customer. Additional note - I read a lot of reviews about various VOIP headsets prior to this purchase. Yet I still appreciate the store employee's help finding the item in the store and answers to my questions. THANKS.

My wife said that it works good.

Worked good she said. At times people had a hard time hearing her. Not sure if that is due to the device or the operator.

Worked great on USB 2.0 port

When I first plugged it in (USB 3.0 port) I could not get it to connect at all. Finally after frustration had set in, I somehow decided to try it on a USB 2.0 port and lo an behold it worked extremely well. But my desktop has all 3.0 ports in the front and it is nearly impossible to get at the rear ports. So I returned it to the store.
