Great device for intended application

They work for her and she has no complaints. Once I use the headphones, I'll update the review.

I bought the Logitehlch H540 to replace my Logitech H390 which was also less than a year old (the H390 was uncomfortable and I was having complaints that my clients couldn't hear me... (Like I was far away or "in a tunnel"). This H540 model worked good for a week or two... It was much more comfortable but then the mute button went out. I kept using it anyway and now almost a month later sometimes the mic works and sometimes it doesn't... Like at all!!! And on the days that it does decide to work I have customers asking me if I have them on speaker. Now I've had this product for 45 says and I was checking the warranty and it says it's only a 30 day warranty. If only I could give a zero star rating. If you decide to buy a Logitech headset be warned or be prepared to also purchase Best Buy's protection plan. I didnt because the unit itself isn't very expensive but anyway... Here we are.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your H540 headset. The warranty that you're referring to is Best Buy's return policy. Good sound decent Mic
