Mic boom is short but works and is not in the way. Lighted plug is nice for knowing it is muted. Only MINOR issue is the cord is a little rigid so brushing against arm of chair or desk causes a little noise/vibration.

This headset was very easy to setup and has been very easy for her to use. It has worked out great and I would recommend to others.
