I speak with people over the computer and they are always complaining that they can't hear. It hasn't been determine whether it is the computer or the headset. I use other headsets in the computer and I was told they can be heard so my determination is that is the headset. The USB seems there is something wrong. It doesn't go all way into the USB slot.

We needed a replacement quick. I settled on the mid-tier Logitechs. So far, so good. They sound great and the mic works well. Worth the price.
