    First time I used it on a call the mute button on the headset was engaged. I didn't read the manuals and did not know it had a mute function on the headset. Interesting meet. All is good now.

    Its good and easy to use quality is awesome. Only its heavy if you have to wear this more than 30 mins you feel like heavy on head. Other than that its awesome.

    I purchase this to replace an over the ear vtech headset. This one is so much better. Currently only using it for phone calls over the PC/internet. It has worked well. Super easy to install on Windows 10.

    The sound is nice but the do not want to stay on your head. They are terrible if you are outside.

    Easy to get working. It just after a couple of hours of using them I start to have minor pain. Better than the ones I had but still not 100% pain free.
