    Fine for the price. Work right out of the box. Uncomfortable after an hour, so maybe not the best if you plan on being on calls for hours.

    i bought the dell computer cause i was told it had a cd player built in it. It does not. so because i want to play cd's and burn cd's i had to buy an external cd player that connects to computer when i talked to supervisor about it. Said so everybody makes mistakes. guess he thought it a big joke. I didn't also very disappointed you now charge 150.00 to get geek squad to go through the computer to make sure everything ok.
