Okay but not great

I had to wear them for 6-8 hours a day for a week and after the first day I dreaded putting these on because my ears were in pain. They sounded okay for VoIP purposes but they were tinny when listening to music.

Crappy item

I had mine for less than a month and the left ear piece quit working. You wouldn’t take the item back for an exchange because it was past your 15 day return policy and I didn’t have tech whatever it’s called because I’ve never even heard or been told about it. So I will NEVER do business at Best Buy again. Stand behind your products you sell!

Stiff cord. Headphones not reversible

Decent, but to a point

I would have to plead them to wait until after a few seconds when they could hear me. I'm giving this to my kid and bought a better headset. Don't use this for anything important.
