    The sounds is not bad but not great. The microphone quality is fine for gaming or conference but not good for recording. Noise Canceling not very good.

    Volume and Mute buttons don’t work with PS4

    Volume and mute buttons do not work with PS4, which is what I bought it for. Tried it with my PC and they work but I don't need it for that

    I found this product to be lacking in quality especially from Logitech. I use it with skype and everyone says they can barely hear me. The cord is very thick and gets in the way. Listening to music the sound quality leaves alot to be desired.

    They sound fair and the ear piece cushions were very hard. like Styrofoam. Can't leave them on too long without making ears sore. I like the usb plug better than a jack. Seems to make better contact

    Used for about 3 days to attend an on-line class. On the last day, the microphone portion of the headset gave out. Don't waste your money.

    i am a little disappointed with the sound quality. Also, starting to regret taking a wired headset, cable is a little too short for my use

    after bout 1 hour they become very uncomfortable, you can pick up to much noise around you. just not for me, I went with more of the gaming style for inbound calls on computer.

    I can hear fine through the head phones but when I talk nobody else can hear me. I tried a long time adjusting the record level but cannot get the microphone to work short of shouting into it

    This headset just feels cheap. The noise cancelling microphone doesn't really seem to cancel anything. Bought this since I now work from home full time and I have kids running around. People on my calls could hear the background noise "loud and clear". Wasn't expecting a miracle but my friends from work didn't notice any difference from when I used my laptop mic. Returned these after 2 days

    Sadly I had to exchange this for another model because it did not work at all for my MacBook Pro. I could hear audio through it but it wouldn't pick up my voice.

    Purchased these to work with Skype and recording. The headphones were fine, but the noise cancelling on the microphone could not be controlled and was not good quality.

    Didn’t work out of the box. I tried 3 different windows machines and they all rejected the headset as defective. I took it back koodos to BB for taking care of the issue.

    Does not work well with Zoom, Thats what I purchased the Headphones specifically for on line meetings
