    Cant intended to use it because of a usb connector intended to use it at the gym to connect to overhead tv screens

    Causes power surge and disconnects audio. Have to reboot to get computer re-started. Worst purchase ever.

      4. Verify that the audio isn't set to "Mute" in your operating system's audio settings and chat or music application.
      5. Try connecting your headset to a different USB port on your computer.
      6. Connect your headset directly to a USB port on your computer, and not to a USB hub or extension.

    The headphones came but didn't work. We tried them on 2 different computers, but no go. The only good is that Best Buy was very good about the return.
