It's reversible, volume control and mute buttons which I find very convenient when on zoom calls. The wire is this thick so I find it very durable and long lasting.

You can hear, you can be heard, but it's rather uncomfortable. The ear piece padding is very firm and gives little comfort. The bar on the other side likewise. It works in a pinch but I don't think it would be suitable for long term use.
